Mike saw an unmet demand for club volleyball among teenage girls in North and West Vancouver, and re-started Powerwest to fill that need. Mike is an long time volleyball player and a Certified Development Coach. He also coaches the U16 team and is on the Safe Sport Working Committee for Volleyball BC.
Jessica is an avid beach and indoor volleyball player. Most recently, she coached beach volleyball for Urban Rec, and has played high school and club volleyball.
Hayley has coached and played volleyball on the North Shore for over a decade. She was a member of both BCO and North Shore Stars as well the 2014 AAAA Senior Provincial Champion Argyle Pipers. She has coached high school and club teams since graduating from university.
Frixie both played and coached throughout high school. Frixie most recently played Libero for the West Vancouver senior team.
Tessa is in her 3rd year coaching with Powerwest. Tessa coached for Rockridge high school and played club for BCO in North Vancouver.
Bryanna has played volleyball through club teams and high school for many years. She has previously been a assistant coach for PowerWest Volleyball Club and multiple high school teams.

Donna started Powerwest in 2011 to create more opportunities for girls to play club volleyball. Donna has coached club and high school volleyball on the north shore for over 20 years. Donna is level 2 certified and is a certified volleyball referee.
Keely is a long time volleyball player having played high school with Handsworth and club volleyball with BCO and Powerwest. Keely has coached with Powerwest. Keely is also a CPA.
Dan is a Trained Advanced Development Coach and has coached for both Powerwest and the Sunshine Coast Volleyball Club for many years. Dan has also coached high school as well as playing collegiate volleyball.
