Head Coach

Billy Wong

Prior to relocating to Canada in 2022, Billy played for the Hong Kong national team for 7 years as a libero. He has been playing libero since it became an official position under international rules in the 1990’s. Billy has also coached at the school and semi-professional level in Hong Kong.

Billy is a self described “volleyholic”, training professionally up to 5 times a week while at the same time playing with friends, still playing 4 to 5 times a week.
He has now dedicated his professional career to volleyball and looks to help share his decades of experience, including his depth of libero knowledge, with his team all Powerwest teams.
